The research project is being led by a team of four researchers, including experts from the Xukuru and Pankararu peoples, with complementary expertise in health law, legal sociology, international law, human rights, anthropology, and intercultural education. Furthermore, it has an interdisciplinary advisory board that has supported the research and the collaboration of Professor Eduardo Queiroga (who will contribute to the creation of a photographic record of the project) and designer Camila Gama (who will contribute to the graphic facilitation of interviews and supporting materials, such as the website). At the end of the project, artist Manoel Quitério will design, in collaboration with the Indigenous peoples, visual materials that express the research findings based on imagery.
